Why She Builds
The construction and skilled trades industries lack clear, accessible pathways for women, especially women from underserved communities. Too many capable women are discouraged by lack of exposure, mentorship, training, and financial support.
She Builds Foundation was created to close the gap between potential and opportunity — through education, mentorship, financial assistance, and community.
This is more than awareness. It’s action.
She Builds Foundation empowers girls and women to enter, grow, and lead in the skilled trades through education, mentorship, financial support, and hands-on opportunities.
